The ingredients in the bottle I bought says 0.5g of carbohydrate per 100 ml, whilst here it says 4g per 30ml, how is that possible?

I am not sure where it says that because the one I have reads 0.5g per 100ml . My husband is a type 1 diabetic and has been for 25 yrs and he always has two shots of the sugar free syrup and never gives himself extra insulin so I believe if you are going to have a lot more then just the two shots in your drink I would check about the carbs

What is the carbohydrate content? I am a diabetic on a low carb diet.

The Information I have given by Monin is 10.2% Carbohydrate 0.4% of which is SugarHope this helpsDamien Sarahs Coffee Company

Is this thick enough to use on pancakes, waffles and french toast?

Hello and thanks for considering MONIN MONIN Syrups have a runny, liquid consistency, more suitable to add to a drink. For pancakes or to top up any desert you may consider the MONIN Le Fruit Fruit Mixes thats consist of min 50% fruit and are thicker than syrups Enjoy

Is this Keto friendly?

The syrup is low in carbs 0.6g per 100ml and should be Keto friendly. It's also delicious.
