A very good and useful tool to have in your bathroom
I can’t understand why some of the product reviews for this Waterfloss is so negative. I think it’s great. The water pressure was the only thing I was skeptical about, but once you have it it’s pretty self-explanatory. The quicker you press the button, the stronger the stream of water. And even at the highest pressure it’s not going to hurt your tonsils or gums - and they said it in their description, if you want something with very high water pressure, this will not get the job done.

Decent and useful
It's pretty easy to regulate the pressure with your fingers, no charging needed. And the tank inside is adequate for mobile and single use. Works well with alcoholic and non alcoholic mouth washes. Just need a care with mouthpiece connection. I needed to rejoin it with acrylic glue.

Good for the money
This hand pumped water flosser is easy to use and is good for the money. Obviously, it is not going to achieve the same results as the oral irrigator a dentist would use, but why would you expect that? However my gums are super sensitive and just using floss feels like I'm using a cheese wire, so I decided to give this a whirl and actually it's helped a lot! The jet of water / mouthwash (whatever you're using) is powerful enough to get between your teeth. But you need to take is slow and I go around my gums a couple of times.i find is should get rid of 95% of the debit and at least loosen any stuck food. You can mix the water with mouthwash, or use saltwater (good if you've a sore gum). I always use warm water out of the kettle - simply because that is sterile. You don't need to that's just me!!

Good but flimsy
The tip's connection to the barrel is flimsy: it doesn't socket or seal securely, and mine has broken after a few months. Disappointing because it worked well (much better than an over-engineered electrical one I tried befire), but it didn't last.

Hurts and makes you bleed
I really don't recommend this product, you're better of with a syringe type thing. The water comes out too fast and you can't change this, it makes me bleed every time I try to use it and so far doesn't remove half of the tonsil stones my old syringe used to get out. It also leaks very easily if you put the top part of it on slightly out of alignment. Don't waste your money

Great for kids!
My son loves My water pik, but due to the size and difficulty to control, I usually have to do it for him and I didn't like it. I came across this one and when it arrived, i was so surprised it is completely manual- this doesn't mean it's not powerful. Small, easy to use and ideal for kids. My son loves using it in the morning and it's so easy to use he Is able to get to every tooth making sure all those nasty bits come out. I'm so impressed and will be great to bring when travelling rather than a chunky electric machine.

Doesn't last long
it worked well for 10 months then it failed. Update: a replacement lasted 1 week.

Good quality water flosser, ideal for sensitive gums.
Really good manual water flosser, allows you to apply very little pressure when cleaning gums, especially if you've had a wisdom tooth removed.

Good product
This is a really good product. Useful if you have never used a water flosser before and want to try it before you buy an expensive one. Does the job.

Almost OK BUT LEAKING
The tip is rounded that makes it comfortable in the mouth, and tank volume is enough. UPDATE: There is internal leak. The manual pump inside is letting water out from the vent.
