Works well good value and the cable is nice and long. No tiny transmitters to plug in and lose. Will likely be reliable.

I was after a mouse to use for my old laptop which has a broken left click-pad button. So obviously the best place to go is online where i searched 'mouse'. What came up was a list of computer mouses (is it computer mouses or computer mice?) in all different shapes and sizes. Some had random buttons, keyboards, switches, lights etc. You name it theres everything. If you want a mouse for gaming then there probably is better designed for your needs but if you're like me, someone who just needed the simple standard mouse to use on the computer for work or browsing. Then stop searching elsewhere and just get this. The size is perfect, it nestles comfortably in the palm of my hand and has the slightest of curves or an oval effect to really feel just right in whichever hand you use. The packaging was a bit boring to be honest, was just a plain white flimsy box so i would have liked something sturdy with photos, writing etc. Doesn't matter too much though, I'm just weird like that. It does work straight out the box though, plug the usb in and you're good to go. Its movement is solid, no lag at all so very efficient and its accuracy and response to your movements is just what you would require for doing work without the frustration of a run away cursor. The buttons do make that distinctive 'click' sound which i like but if that really irritates you then i don't think theres much you can do about it. Whilst on the issue of the buttons, they too are very responsive and the pressure required to push them is also ideal. Comfortable enough to do it effortlessly but not so responsive that they'll click just from the slightest of contact. For the use that ill get out of this mouse, its going to last me a long long time (unless theres some fault with the optical light). The only real parts that could be affected are the buttons and again, i would only imagine that would be down to gaming use with repetitive striking on the button. Its a great price for a brilliant item which does the job faultlessly. What more can you want? Also comes in two colours, black and white which i think is nice as i always see this simple style mouse in black. From the photos, the white version looks pretty nice as well. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this mouse to anyone who needs it for work or just browsing. Logitech know how to do things right!

just what i wanted a long cord to reach a meter away plus, cheap and works a it should. never buy exspensive these last as long in my exsperiance.

This mouse is the definition of something simple, that works great and that's durable. Totally statisfied with it, and I have been for years (for office work, graphic design work). Had to by a new one after about 12 years.

I would not usually give 5 stars for any review as I intend to be brutally honest but genuinely there is a lot worse quality you could for for £5 with next day delivery. I remember buying a £5 mouse from Poundland and I just barely decided to use that over the trackpad, it took some getting used to especially since it is a bit big for the 5'6" man that I am. I used this to replace my wireless mice (mouses?) and of course it does not require batteries. It is plug and play as expected so it connects instantly without needing software, not that you should expect that without it being wireless. It feels like a generic office mouse and would not look out of place or too cheap there, it functions just as well as one and responds quickly, no DPI settings or anything like that of course just a bare bones mouse, but I expect I will have this as a back up after I buy a high quality one for a very long time, if you just wanted a backup or have less than £10 to spend on a mouse then get yourself a wired Logitech one, like this.

Nice basic mouse. Tracks well. No fuss just plug in and use. Bought it as a temporary replacement for my Apple mouse. Cheap and good. Definitely not used to it after using the Apple mouse for over 15 years but it will do. Rien à redire, cette souris est un basique, ce n'est pas la première que je commande. Elle est précise pour tout type d'application, bureautique, retouche d'image, jeux, internet.... Elle est confortable et réagit bien, elle glisse plutôt bien avec un bon tapi, et la molette, même si elle aurais pu être un peu moins bruyante, tourne vite et bien. Côté fabrication, rien à redire, on connait tous le sérieux de cette marque, on n'est absolument pas sur du bas de gamme, mon ancienne à durée plusieurs années. USB, plug-and-play, compatible avec tous type d'ordinateur, chez moi elle fonctionne sur plusieurs Windows sans avoir à installer manuellement le moindre driver. Si vous cherchez une souris simple, de bonne facture et vraiment pas cher, elle est pour vous.

cheap option for short term I guess. I purchased this item in January now its July and cant use it anymore. Super slow and very annoying how it does not follow command. Lagging constantly.
