These are a great price for a years supply of vitamin D. They also definitely work as I have had my bloods checked and I am no longer vitamin D deficient after taking these consistently. The capsules are also a good size and easy to swallow.

Advised by my GP to take at least 10,000 iu per day for a serious on-going deficiency due to a medical condition, I have been taking these for more than 5 years and my deficiency has significantly reduced - my GP said "just keep doing what you're doing", which is taking these. Soft, squidgey, smooth to swallow and no taste. And they work. Good for reinforcing the immune system and easing exhaustion. This is a refill pouch for their bottle but it is resealable for use on its own. Same size as an ibuprofen capsule but squishier.

These seem pretty good. Easy to swallow, good-sized and quite palatable looking capsules, and don’t taste of anything. Great value for money. Last for ages.

Good quality gels

These are the gel capsule version, and I much prefer them to tablets. They’re really easy to swallow and don’t feel like you’re taking a typical pill. You also get a full year’s supply, which is great value and super convenient. Definitely recommend if you struggle with tablets.

My PCP remarked at the strong levels of D3 in my blood after routine blood panel for thyroid and hair loss. I started taking this gel cap about 7 months prior to the blood panel, per an endocrinologist's recommendation. We all know that the best source of D is sunlight, but in the winter or rainy climates, these little tiny gel caps are SO effective and helpful, they do NOT simply flush through your system but will appear in your bloodwork! I highly recommend it, it's inexpensive and necessary. I will take these for the rest of my life. No taste, easy to use, great absorption.

I’m so happy I was able to find this in a large quantity. It was rather bothersome having to buy it every 90 days. Now I’m set for a year. They seem to be a good product. I won’t know until I go for my annual physical & get my vitamin d levels tested. If they’re good I won’t update this review, if not, I’ll definitely update.

This was a great purchase. A years worth of vit d3 in small capsules for a good price. Easy to swallow.

I received these and there are enough for a year. Price point was great. They’re easy to swallow. They’re just a little small sometimes I drop them, but I always find them sooner or later. Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a vitamin D deficiency which I do.
