Amazing heated foot massager
I initially got this for my husband for Christmas (who said romance is dead?! ) as he's on his feet all day and walks a good 15k steps minimum a day. A few days ago, he came home after a long shift and complained his feet were hurting, so I got it out from under the bed and gave it to him. After the initial tickle sensation, I could see he was starting to relax. There are small balls for the top of the sole, and larger one for the arch and heel, and it's covered in soft mesh. His size 8 feet fit comfortably on the pads, and you can adjust where your foot sits to massage different parts of the foot. It is so good, our children were fighting to use it "What's thaaaat, can I try it??" and loved it, so I gave it a go and I have to say it's really effective! Now he uses it everyday when he gets home to relieve the pain from walking so much, then the kids take in turns after him, and you can genuinely see how relaxed he is! It's fairly quiet, so pretty good to use while watching telly. The heat feature is great as it helps with relaxing the muscles and warms you up nicely. You can increase the pressure by simply pressing your feet a bit harder and adjusting the angle of your foot. I really enjoy the massage on the side of my feet and pressing my heels down, and despite being at a desk all day and not walking near as much as my husband, I find it super relaxing as well. It's pretty slim so we can store it under our sofa, out of sight but easy to reach. Really good addition to our wellbeing kit! Now I need to find him another present though!

Easy to use, very relaxing, slightly noisy
I have a more expensive Renpho foot massager which I absolutely love, but it is huge and clunky and can be annoying to store away, so I only use it a few times per month. I picked this up as it is far more lightweight and compact which is great for daily use, but I do lose some features. As mentioned, this is a nice compact massager - it's quite thin and can be easily stored away, and has a 1.5m UK plug. I have the HoMedics WakeBand which I have been using daily since getting it a few months back, and just like that one, this product comes with eco friendly packaging, not a single bit of plastic to be seen (aside from the product itself). Usage is incredibly simple - you have two buttons. One for heat, and another for massaging. No heat or speed levels, just on or off. Easy. Now the reason it's four stars and not five is because of that - sometimes I'd like a slow massage, or maybe I'd prefer a faster. You can't with this one as it's just one fixed speed. I did try out the heat mode briefly and it will be finding a lot of use this winter, but it's still warm at the moment so I have been using this with heat set to OFF. Just like the massage function, it's either on or off, no levels of heat to select from. The massager itself is very relaxing, and feels almost just as good as my Renpho one, with 28 small ball-like nodes gently kneading the bottom of my feet, it feels amazing after a very long day. It did feel a bit ticklish at first, but I got over that very quickly. At just shy of £70, I think this is quite good value for money, makes a great gift for someone who's always on their feet!

The Most Relaxing Electric Foot Massage
Absolutely in love with this electric foot massager. It's absolutely the perfect therapy after being on my feet at work all day. The massage itself is firm enough that you can definitely feel it, but it hits just the right spots that keep it so relaxing. I was expecting the heat pad to be noticeable hot like a hot water bottle, but actually it's just a gentle warmth which means you can keep your feet comfortably on the massager for as long as you want. The warmth is lovely now that the evenings are certainly getting colder. It's so easy to use: just one touch to turn the massager on and another to turn the heat on.

It broke after 1 month
It would have been a great item, I was using it a couple of time per week for 1 hour each time, but I wasn’t expecting it to break after 1 month. The massage stopped, the heating: lights turn up but it doesn’t heat. It has been really disappointing and frustrating.

Refreshing foot massage
The HoMedics Shiatsu deluxe foot massager is easy to set up - once plugged in there are two buttons (easily operated with a toe), one starts the six rotating pads with raised nodes to massage the feet, the second activates the heating element, bathing the rotating pads in a red glow. The massager looks good, with the faux-leather strip along the centre contrasting with the black mesh for the foot rests. The effect is quite relaxing, providing as comprehensive massaging effect; the heating element is quite mild, with the device becoming warm rather than hot. I thought I’d be able to use this at my home workstation while sitting at my desk - it’s compact enough but while not excessively noisy, it’s a little to intrusive to have running whilst in a Teams call. On offer at time of review for under £60 (and with an additional 10% discount code available), this is a reasonably priced means to soothe your aching feet.

Comfortable foot relief
Strong foot relief after long days. The nodes hit the right spots and ease tight arches within minutes. Heat setting adds steady comfort without feeling too hot. Toe controls make it simple to switch on and off while seated. Quiet motor helps you relax without noise. Slim shape slides under the sofa when you finish. Reliable choice if your feet feel worn at the end of the day.

I Wanted to Love It, But Falls Short of Expectations
This review is for the HoMedics Shiatsu Deluxe Foot Massager with Heat. I received this product with high expectations, but they quickly fell flat once I started using it. The device is reasonably compact for what it offers, making it easy to store when not in use. Fortunately, it’s not noisy during operation. You can still hear the motor, but at least it’s not too loud. The machine is very user-friendly. It has just two buttons, so it’s intuitive to operate even without reading the instruction manual. That said, it’s worth reading the manual. For example, it advises not to use the machine for more than 15 minutes at a time, likely to prevent the motor from overheating. In fact, after a 15-minute session, I noticed a distinct smell coming from the device. I wouldn’t call it a burning smell, but it may suggest the motor is reaching its physical limit. The manual also recommends avoiding use at night before bed, as the massage could overstimulate you and affect your sleep (noted). Additionally, it advises wearing socks while using the massager, presumably for hygiene reasons, since the top is covered with fabric that may be difficult to clean. Personally, I’m not impressed by this foot massager. The three massage rotator points don’t seem to deliver equal intensity. The massage feels weak near the top of the feet, whereas the middle and bottom sections provide a richer, stronger sensation. The manual suggests adjusting the pressure of your feet to influence the massage strength, but I don’t believe that’s the issue. I suspect the central rotator is positioned higher than the others, making it difficult to properly align the top of the feet with the massager’s upper section. When I try to do so, my heels tend to separate a bit from the rotator and the massage loses intensity. Another less impressive feature is the heating function. It doesn’t feel very strong. You can sense some warmth, but not much. Perhaps this is another issue related to expectations management. For a foot massager priced above £60 at the time of receiving it, I expected better performance.
