Question 1

I need to know what each colour container is for which foods please

Accepted Answer

Green = veg. Purple = fruit. Yellow = carbs. Red = protein. Orange = seeds etc and blue = fats. I personally have 4 green 4 red 4 purple 3 carbs 1 blue and 1 orange per day. I know the portions will look smaller but believe me I am never hungry. Hope that helps

Question 2

Does this set of containers also come with the labels that you get in the full 21 day fix plan? I find them useful

Accepted Answer

I got labels sent through but took a photo of them on my phone to ensure that I have them as a reference point, if the labels come off.

Purple = fruit
Green = veg
Red = protein
Yellow = carbs
Blue = healthy fats
Orange x 2 = dressing or seeds

Question 3

What do you do if you want to eat soup. where does that fit in?

Accepted Answer

You would have to first measure your ingredients eg- Meat, veg or beans or whatever you would like in your soup in the appropriate coloured containers then tip it all into your pan to make your soup.

Question 4

I'm considering this - what about breakfast? is that separate then you use tubs for lunch? . confused!

Accepted Answer

Best thing is to prepare your meals at the beginning of the week. I do them on Sunday night.

Breakfast for me I would measure in red container 3 times. Natural yougat. Then the orange container seeds /nuts. Sprinkle nuts/ onto natural yougat once measured out into a bowl. Breakfast. Then log it on either the app for 21 days. If I'm still hungry measure out fruit in the purple container. I think. And pour that out in a bowl. And log this down in the 21 day app on your phone. Best way to do it. I lost 1 stone
