I was a little sceptical of this product due to it's low price relative to other green coffee bean extract products on amazon.com as well as in my local health food stores. However, after trying it I came to use it regularly after meals as directed, as well as for a source of natural caffeine when I was a little tired in the afternoon at work. I noticed more energy, and a more regular digestive process. The results were more than justified by the price. Just keep it in mind that this product is not made to substitute for a health diet, but instead to supplement a healthy diet and lifestyle. Definitely worth purchasing in my opinion...for anyone still on the fence.

Gives you a little bit of energy without feeling jittery! I like them, I don’t like swallowing capsules though they can be hard to get down but overall a pretty good product.

These capsules really work, and the resilts will creep up on you without you even realizing it's working at first!! I think I was expecting the harsher side effects I'd experienced with other green coffee bean supplements. Those would work, but also give me pain in my stomach, diarrhea, and a jittery nervousness all day most times. This product however had a more positive, gentle effect on my body while still working. For days at first I didn't feel any jarring noticeable changes in my body, so thought it wasn't working. BUT by week two I noticed my stomach was getting flatter, my pants were buttoning up with ease, and the inflammation and puffiness in other parts of my body was decreasing (like in my face, under my neck and around stomach/hip areas). I read the reviews on this supplement before ordering, because I didn't want to waste anymore time or money, and am so grateful to all the other customers who left their reviews on here. So far I've lost 5 lbs and I've incorporated it into my daily routine. I usually take mine in the morning after breakfast, and I have energy all day. And again, it works gently, so don't expect shocking changes in your body at first. Days in you won't even realize that things are working so well til they are. I'm live by naturopathic herbal remedies, but was so close to giving in and trying ozempic, but glad I didn't. Now I also have kept power walking everyday, made little changes in my diet (like less sugar and different sugar alternatives like palm sugar, coconut sugar & pure cane sugar). So you still have to do the work. But this is far cheaper and healthier than taking some shot every week. The price is so reasonable I questioned how effective it could it be. Honestly wasn't expecting the amazing results I'm getting, but really glad I purchased.

First off, I don't write reviews for free product. I rely heavily on these when making my own decisions on what to buy and absolutely HATE the paid-for-free-gifts reviews that have absolutely ruined the online shopping experience. I did receive a card for a Free Product for a review in the mail, but you'll see that I review most products I buy regardless. Now - as for this product. I was honestly shocked that it helped suppress my appetite. Working from home, I've developed a big "snack" habit and find myself constantly going from my home office to my kitchen. Not the most ideal of situations. I take this in the morning now with my coffee - and sometimes pair it with the Garcinia Cambogia - and it does help me reduce that. Without it, I get up around 7AM and eat breakfast around 10AM. Since taking it, I'm still up around 7AM but don't feel like I HAVE to eat breakfast until 12:00/1:00. Which lets me skip breakfast for the most part, and does help me keep up with the intermittent fasting. Overall, I think products like this work for some people and not so much for others. I don't believe stuff like this is a one-size-fits-all for every human on earth. All that said, however, it works for me and I'll continue to use it.

Didn't seem to lose the weight with this product as well as the original product I ordered online a few years ago
