Helps my depression
Several years ago I battled depression, and my doctor recommended trying methyfolate. At the time it was only available by prescription, but it wasn't covered by my insurance and was $85 per month. But it worked, my depression went away! Found this brand on Amazon for less than half the cost, and it's been a literal life saver. It works just as well as the prescription. Tried another cheaper brand recently, and it seemed not as effective. I switched back to this brand. I'm very pleased with it.

Good replacement for prescription l-methylfolate
I haven't noticed any difference in my mood after switching from very expensive prescription l-methylfolate to this. The only thing I don't like is that this is a capsule and not a tablet, and I have trouble swallowing capsules.
