This hot plate was a Godsend as my kitchen has been torn apart for almost a year. So, not having anything to cook on it was getting very expensive eating at restaurants every day. Then I thought maybe Amazon would have something I could buy to help me out and voilà this hot plate. It works fantastic. Also, having two burners I can cook two things at the same time. I find it really no different than a stove other than it is a bit slower to boil but not that much to complain. I just put a lid on the pot and it boils a little faster. Definitely a 5 star from this customer that’s for sure!!! *****
