philosophy purity made simple pore extractor clay face mask - with purifying white kaolin clay, salicylic acid & natural exfoliants – removes impurities and reduces the appearance of pores

I have combination skin that is super oily but also super dry from retinol use, textured, large pores, sensitive, acne prone skin. I bought a sample of this Philosophy Purity Clay Mask from Sephora and I HAD to buy more because I loved it so much. I have used so many different kinds of masks over the years but THIS is the first one that gave me obvious improvement. First, let me start by saying that the price of this stuff is INSANE! So expensive... Of course, I bought it anyway because of how much I loved the sample that I got... but I do wish this was a bit more affordable. The clay itself is white, textured for a nice exfoliation with application, dries quickly/completely/evenly, and has a mild pleasant scent. Just scrub it into your skin and leave it on for 5-10 minutes (I usually do 10 min), and when I wash it off my skin feels so soft and clean! This made a visible difference in my skin after the first use. My pores appeared smaller and my skin just looked overall better. It has salicylic acid and I like to use products with this ingredient when I have breakouts. Overall, masks aren't typically a normal part of my skincare routine since I've never found one that made a difference... until this one! If you are looking for a really good face mask and you don't mind spending the money, I HIGHLY recommend buying this one! Hope this helps!

Completely saved the day! My 13-year-old had a large clogged blackhead in her nose for over an month and I tried everything to get it out before trying to see an aesthetician for help. My last ditch effort was using this because it was so expensive for such a small tube. I kid you not, the first time we used the tiniest bit of this, she let the mask dry, then scrubbed off the mask, And her blackhead started coming out of the pore!!. All I had to use were tweezers and I was able to pull it right out! We were jumping up and down in the bathroom after over a month of having this thing drive us crazy definitely worth the money because it ended up saving us a visit to a professional!

An excellent, deep cleansing mask that minimizes pores and draws blackheads to the surface. A bit steep on the pricing, but long-lasting and effective.

Excellent mask! Love the mild smell and how my skin looks and feels after I use this. My skin looks very smooth, feels soft and moisturized afterward. I use this several times a week and dry flaky skin is no longer an issue for me. I’ve used scrubs frequently and this works much better than any scrubs I’ve used. I apply this before my shower and allow it to work for about 20-30 minutes then shower it off. I don’t know if it needs to stay on that long but I like how it feels so I do it this way. It doesn’t harden or crack on my skin during that time but I feel a firming effect. I will continue to order this awesome mask.
