Initially discovered the first series of six surprisingly tiny mushroom figurines a few years ago at a Barnes & Noble and not long after I made it a mission to gather the second series (these six) so as to complete the entire collection of twelve mushrooms. Each box consists of one mushroom display made up of two or more pieces (the base + at least one mushroom) that you 'assemble' (pushing the bottom of the mushroom piece into the corresponding shaped hole in the base piece), and each figurine is a work of art in and of itself. The level of captivating detail that makes up each miniature figurine is something to behold, alone which gives these incredible value for money, even when factoring in the risk that buying blind boxes carry (potentially getting duplicates of the same set) - even if you get repeats, they make wonderful and unique gifts to give!

This is a wonderful little figure. The detail is stunning and it's adorable! However...it arrived broken. The cap of the largest mushroom on the figure had snapped off. Luckily I had the right glue to repair it, but if not, this would've been a huge disappointment. I'd recommend buying from another seller -- I imagine the cardboard envelope doesn't do much to cushion the figure during shipping!

The mystery is the best part! I would have been happy with any of the options; they’re all adorable! I am very pleased with the ones I received. Would be the perfect gift! :)

Cute little decor, I got Laccaria amethystina. A little small but well made, I'll buy more in the future when they are back in stock.

These are adorable models of different kinds of actual mushrooms with their names in both romanized and either hiragana or katakana. They come with the base shaped to fit a particular way into the base so they stay in place but can be disassembled if they need to be packed away. I got two duplicates which I taped close and gifted to a fellow mushroom-lover who didn't care about the taped top, especially when she saw the models.
