Excellent quality
I've been taking this for over a year when my daughter saw my hands slightly shaking. She determined I might be low on vitamin B. I started on the Liposomal drops. I believe it boosted my energy level, and I seem to bounce back from muscle strain faster. My hands still shake a little sometimes but not as much as before. The drops have a citrus flavor and are easy to take.

I couldn't "B" more pleased! 😄
B complex? Yes please! Franguly vitamin B complex is what I use for a pick-me-up in energy. I love that it has Folate in the form of calcium folinate rather than folic acid (which can be hard for some of us MTHFR people to utilize) and B12 as methylcobalamin is great too. The serving size is 15 drops. The dropper holds 8-9 drops. Some days I just go with the one dropper full and that seems to be enough. I hold it in my mouth for a good while (a minute or so). The taste is a pleasant orange flavor and the consistency is thick. It definitely affects my energy in a positive way. The quality seems good for the price. I will continue to use this product for health and energy!

Taste tips
Just wanted to point out, for those who do not like the taste, it says on the bottle to hold in mouth 20 seconds, but also states it can be mixed with juice or water. Also sucking on an ice cube for a full min or two first, numbs your taste buds, making it much more pleasant.

Best liquid B Vitamin!
A bit pricey maybe for some. But so long as quality and strength do not change this is my most effective B booster. I use liquid multivitamin also, purchase 3oz disposable cups, add multi to X Level on cup then add X drops of this to cup, and fill mix with water. My vitamin shot before coffee! And for proactive cardio vasc health every day again before coffee and to fight the body's morning transition/dehydration I fill that same cup twice more with just water. Done and done, and no dishes, all while the coffee/tea is brewing. *I tried a different liquid Bs brand with farrr weaker amounts of all B vitamins in it. It was 1/3 of the price and sometimes 1/10 of the B amount in it. Unfortunately, I felt the good progress/plateau I previously built with this one slipping. So I'm here to stay. So long as quality and amount per B in this item are not lowered, and I only buy consumables shipped by Amazon so it must be Prime for my level of comfort, then this is worth the investment for me and I believe it has contributed to my overall health noticeably.

Taste!!!
Love this product and will buy again. However. The taste is absolutely horrid. People wrote that it has a "pleasant taste".. no, no it doesnt... to describe for you, is if u were to crush up a bunch of multivitamins and liquify it..... it tastes like the smell of a vitamin x a million.. the only thing that is stronger then this taste is coffee, so I have to wash it down with a swig of coffee Hope this helps

A good choice when a comparison is done!
I have tried a few brands of this liquid liposomal Vit B Complex and find this one to have a more complete B component ingredient list. It also has features I look for as far as company dedication to delivering a product that’s GMO free with no bad ‘other ingredients’ at the bottom of the facts list on the back of the bottle. For the amount of servings for the price charged, it’s also a good deal. It doesn’t taste bad, easy to hold in your mouth a few seconds for better absorption. The only negative I have on this product is that the dropper doesn’t seem to function as well due to the thickness of the product. Other than that, I’ve already purchased again.

This may be better than my usual brand (which became unavailable) Highly recommend.
I was somewhat forced into trying this brand, and my long time usual subscription stopped being available. I was unsure about the thick(er) consistency. I discovered it was supposed to be like that. The flavor is interesting as it is more citrus based, which I like. This B-Complex has a few extra B-vitamins which I have been meaning to add, so that actually solved that need. Highly recommend this brand so far.

Prob great, BUT, vegan-friendly NOT same as certified Vegan, risky for allergies
August 2025– hoped to love this — 3rd party tested, simple ingredients, and we thought it was vegan (needed for prob alpha-gal allergy). But we had an allergic reaction anyways. Then, we learned that vegan-friendly is not the same as Vegan. Vegan sites say that Vegan can be certified animal-free and cruelty-free by third-party labs and organizations (not sure, but the exact details might change with the org that does the certifying). Sites said that vegan-friendly is well-meaning and basically animal-free, but might still have traces of animal products in it (like from other products processed on same machinery), and the kinds and amounts can change. This difference in wording and contamination can be fine for lots of people, but dangerous or even deadly for people with allergies. The seller wrote that this is vegan-friendly even though the bottle and box we received didn’t say it was vegan-friendly, or what the 3rd-party testing looks for. They also offered a refund, Thank you. We are struggling to find a Vegan certified, 3rd-party tested B-Complex that is safe for alpha-gal allergy even to carrageenan and ingredients-vitamins derived from red algae. Plus certified free from gluten, major allergen ingredients-contaminants like wheat and soy, and common allergen ingredients-contaminants like corn. We wish manufacturers and sellers would explain the differences between their claims like vegan-friendly and Vegan certified, what their 3rd party testing does and does not look for (how often, what it finds), etc. Some do, and it is so helpful, it could save lives.
