Can you change or modify the imei # of each sim slot?

The IMEI number is basically the serial number of the modem/radio. So running two sims with 2 different providers would basically be running the same exact device because the IMEI is on the radio/modem

Does anyone know how to access at commands option?? i don't see it anywhere. is there a certain firmware needed?
