The product is good overall, but I am facing charging issues. It works well otherwise, but the charging problem is disappointing.

A good Product but it would have been better if the temperature range is set between 40 Degrees to 60 Degrees.

Good product. Pain relief. Heating good. Value for money.

I found this product quite useful for light workouts at home. It’s easy to use and comfortable to wear. The intensity levels are decent and good for beginners. Don’t expect instant results, but with regular use, it helps. Worth the price.

Waste item. You have to charge the device for hours together to get hardly 1-2 hours of heating. I kept the device to charge at 2 in the midnight and it was still charging when I woke at 6. It worked for one n half hr after that and needed charging again. While I was cramping should I be dealing with my pain or get up every few minutes to put the device to charging ? I really don't understand the positive feedbackers who supporting the battery issue!

It's a useless product. It only heats up the circle a little bit, the massage option is also useless. Period pain is not reducing at all and heat is also creating a small problem.It is a waste of money to order this.

Its a very nice product.

I have never written a review before but I just had to write one for this heating pad. I've had severe cramps for years, to the point of being sick and passing out. While I am currently being medically treated (possible endometriosis) I still get cramps. This heating pad is amazing! Personally the lowest heat setting is a little too hot but I just wrap a scarf around it and the massage settings are great. I loved it so much that I even bought one for my friend who also experiences horrible cramps. Even if you don't have cramps, this heating pad works great on any other area. I've used the massage setting on my lower back after a long day of standing. Its portable and the battery lasts long enough.

The ease of being able to charge it, and the long battery life. I can’t speak more highly of this product. Shoot, it even works for a sore back after being at a desk all day. The packaging and speed of service was also amazing. AND IT IS SO CUTE.

This works amazing and gets quite hot. The only problem I've found is it doesn't hold a very long charge. Otherwise it's perfect
