Food groups and portion control.
My wife was recently diagnosed with diabetes. These plates are doing great at teaching portion control and the amount of food in each of the three food groups. A definite help!

I have never been able to follow an intuitive eating plan. I would always end up overeating, until I found this plate. Why didn't I find these plates sooner!?! I used one last night and it definitely helped me with portions - in a good way! I was full but not to the point of bloating. The colors helped me as a reminder that I ate my portions and that's the goal!

Best plate for weight loss!
LOVE this plate!!! It is an excellent teaching tool and an excellent way to learn portion sizes that are optimal for weight loss and adding more plant diversity.

Stains easily.
It's plastic. I thought it was melamine. Stained first time I used one. It's a perfect size, good for portion control. Don't put spaghetti in it.
