I bought this headset 2 years ago. I've been using it to work from home, and I have to say, these are of better quality than the Jabra headsets that my employer provides. (For context, I went through 3 of the Jabras in one year before deciding to order this one.) It's held up very well; it looks the same as the day I bought it. Nothing has worn out. Sound quality is good, both for taking phone calls and listening to music. The mute function is reliable, so I don't have to worry about needing to clear my throat, cough, or remind my kids that "mommy's working." Speaking of working from home with the kids, the noise cancellation on this headset is amazing. Any background noise is filtered out. I can type notes on my loud clickety clackety keyboard, my kids can scream to their hearts' content, and my customers can't hear a thing. It's also very comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this headset. It may be the best headset I've ever used!

Had them for three years before I mistakenly broke them. Great noise cancellation, great mic, and good sound quality. Could be a tad louder but sound is really good. Seems like the mic has been iffy for the last month or so, so perhaps they were on their last leg anyway. That said, three years is not bad at all, and I used these practically everyday. Definitely got my money’s worth and will buy again.

I bought these headphones because I do hybrid WFH. Originally back in Feb and it was great! Excellent audio quality, I was impressed by how clear my voice sounded and how clear I could hear others. The battery life is great too, they are extremely comfortable and because they have excellent noise cancellation capabilities I started wearing these headphones during the day to take naps! The great noise cancellation is not only on the headphones but also on the microphone. I have a 5 year old daughter with ASD and I’ve had her stimming loudly very close to me and the people on the line report that they can’t hear anything or they don’t hear it as a loud noise but rather a muffled noise. The reason I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️? Because they have a very unstable Bluetooth connection! 😔 They will randomly disconnect from your phone or laptop without notifying you leaving you completely exposed! I’ve had calls on mute that once the headphones disconnected the caller could hear everything because the call stayed on and I was unaware. I’ve lost calls because the headset disconnected while I was away from my device and I kept talking and caller could not hear me and hung up. This happened a month in having the first pair of headphones.. I called amazon and replaced them with the very same model. Same thing happened with the second pair, everything was great until about 6 weeks in and then the connectivity issues started. I’m on my third and last pair of headphones!! I will return them and purchase a different brand. 😐

I absolutely love these headphones. They are perfect for meetings and in my case, giving on-line lessons. Highly recommended. I especially love the flip up to mute boom mic. Excellent price and quality. I will even by a second pair, one for home and one for school. Note that I use them strictly for meetings and on-line lessons. No gaming, no music, no videos.

I bought this headset for my work-from-home job to replace a wired headset, and it’s honestly been a game changer. It paired easily with my company laptop, and I wear it pretty much all day without issues. The wireless freedom makes a huge difference. I can get up, let the dog out, grab a drink, stretch, or even fold laundry while finishing a call. Sitting and talking all day was actually starting to cause back problems for me, and this has helped a lot by letting me move around more. Sound quality is better than the wired headset I was using before, and the noise canceling works well. People on the other end hear me clearly, and background noise doesn’t seem to come through, which is important when working from home. Battery life has been solid, and after about six months of regular use, I’ve had zero issues with connectivity or performance. For the price, this easily beats most other options I looked at. If you work from home and spend a lot of time on calls, I’d definitely recommend this headset. It’s comfortable, reliable, and makes the workday much more manageable

It’s been less than a year and I’ve had several issues with this headset. I have reached out to Jianqishi but have not received a response. The first issue is the audio will stop coming through randomly which prevents me from hearing or communicating with my customers. The only way to fix the issue is to plug in the charger, then I have to unplug it, turn it off and then back on. Next issue is the noise canceling it’s supposed to feature no longer blocks out my background noise. It did for 10 months but now it doesn’t. Final issue is the mic no longer muted when you flip the mic arm up. It says it’s muted but it’s not and the light that turns red when you mute the mic doesn’t even turn on. This was a great headset until all this started happening. I have issues daily with the audio connection which is a problem considering I’m on the phone for work. Besides those issues, I enjoyed the lightweight headset, the sound quality, and the wireless option. I wish the company would send out a warranty replacement but again I haven’t heard back from them.

Easy to use and set up. Great price. Doesn’t cancel out background noise. People can still hear others talking around me while at work. But overall, a good buy for a nice headset.

Good headset worth the money you spend , it’s comfortable and has good audio . It has a decent battery life and with a good mic movement could be rotated from front to back , However it comes with a few draw backs 1) it cannot be used while being charged which is a bit in convenient when it dies in the middle of a call . 2) wish it came in a hard casing . 3) it connects to several Bluetooth devices at once but it prioritizes the dongle like it should , but when you play audio on your connected mobile device , you don’t hear it , so you need to disconnect and reconnect it .

Great device, i have been using it for 6 months and it has a 20-30 mt range. I use it everyday for Zoom meeting and sounds and they hear me clearly. Excellent quality and comfortable

I liked that the noise cancelling does actually block out most noise in an office., and on a plane and the quality speakers are excellent.

worked perfectly 1st day but on 2nd day stop working at all

I purchased the headset in June, 2025 and was working perfectly fine.. however after almost 6 months of using the noise cancellation stopped working and am unable to use now.. need someone from the support line to help in this
