my mother-in-law, who lives alone, and it’s been one of the best decisions we’ve made for her safety and our peace of mind. The setup was quick and easy, and the button is simple enough for her to use without confusion. She keeps it by her bedside and wears the key fob during the day. Knowing she has instant access to emergency services if needed gives both her and our family a real sense of security. We also connected it to the Ring Alarm system, so we get alerts immediately if it’s pressed. Thankfully, she hasn’t had to use it yet—but just having it there makes a huge difference. If you have a loved one living alone, I highly recommend adding this to your safety setup.

Just like the rest of Ring stuff it was super easy to install and add to my account. I hope I never have to use it but it’s great knowing it’s there, ready and willing to do its programmed duty. Price is so inexpensive I fail to see why anyone at any age wouldn’t want to add one to a Ring alarm.

The item I ordered is a must have. Great security tool - small but powerful. I know I am going to enjoy it.

Product works well, and the CR123A battery last about two years for me. For the second generation, I hope Ring add a light indicator or some type of vibration (i.e., out or range, or low battery). I know you can check this from the app but if you or your worker have this in your pocket roaming around your business or in the parking lot and walk out of range, it will be a surprise if you press the button and nothing happens.

I keep a few around the house to activate the ring alarm. With professional monitoring, the police will be dispatched. I have one in the kitchen drawer, one in the bathrooms some in the bedrooms. The battery life still shows full after 6 months

Perfect size. I put it right on the front of my dresser drawer nearest to my headboard. Has a plastic protective cover to prevent accidentally triggering it. Not only good for peace of mind if you hear something that should not be in your house but can also be used for a medical emergency since it is right at head level when I am resting on my bed because it's right on the front of the drawer that is at head level.

Nothing to say, this is working as intended and tested. Put one on my desk and besides the bed for any emergency situation. Highly recommended!

Loosing connection too often for no reason

I placed an order for Ring Alarm Panic Button (2ndGen) 2-pack with the understanding that will be delivered the next business day. I'll even take it a week later. I just received the package today November 4th!!! yes, almost one month! I pay for Prime membership with the promise it would be delivered the next business day. This is ridiculous. The address that the package was sent from is only 45 minutes away from my home! The only saving grace is that the Ring product is amazing! It takes only a few minutes to hook up to your main system and it's ready to use. Price and product very good. Delivery time not so good!
