This was overall easy to use and gives the desired relief esp after a gruelling day playing volleyball. I will say though that its a little bulky and unweildy so you cant really walk with it much even within the house. But it works and thats mostly what matters.

This is a great ice pack! Here's what I like:Wraps around most of your whole kneeSoft material on one side to help prevent being too cold on your skinGreat straps that wrap around your leg and hold the pack there.Also can be used on arms, feet, etc. This pack is very moldable and bendable, and the straps work to hold it on most body parts.I twisted my ankle and feel and damaged arch of foot, both on top and on bottom. I was able to wrap this ice pack around my foot and secure it, and it helped a TON.Very reasonable price.What I didn't like:In the picture, this ice pack looked bigger. Well, longer. I now see that the picture is actually showing two ice packs, but it is sort of deceptive. I can wrap this pack most of the way around my knee, but I'm not that big. The picture looks like you can wrap all the way around your knee. Someone who's bigger than I am (5'3", size 6/8) is not going to be able to wrap much more than halfway around their knee. And generally that's plenty, but I was just expecting a bigger wrap. Maybe that picture could be redone.Other than that, it's a great ice pack that has been really helpful for me!!

I love that you have hot and cold options with this pack because sometimes my husband’s knee requires both. Sometimes his legs are swollen so it needs the cold compress but sometimes they are really sore and the warm feels better on them. I like to keep this stored at room temp and when I need it, I will either place it in the freezer for an hour or heat it up in 30 second increments. But I love having it around. The straps are easy to tighten and so far it has worked just fine for us. I would recommend it.

Helps with discomfort.

Habe mir eine Entzündung im Knie zugezogen, an laufen war nicht wirklich zu denken. Mir wurde vom Arzt empfohlen, das Knie 5 mal am Tag zu kühlen, aber nicht mit einem Kühlakku, da das dann wohl zu kalt werden würde. Ich bin dann bei Amazon auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Was soll ich lange schreiben, ich bin begeistert. 1 stunde in den kühlschrank und dann ab aufs knie. Ich weiß nicht wie lange das kühlpack kühlt, aber mein knie bleibt darunter definitiv länger als eine halbe stunde schön kühl und das im sommer. Ich laufe damit nicht durch die gegend, aber alles was innerhalb der wohnung damit gemacht werden muss, ist möglich. Der klettverschluss hält alles gut am knie. Ich bin sehr zufrieden damit!!!
