Solid sturdy and still beautiful

Happy! (Door could possibly use design revision)
Lovely mailbox, easy to install; however, the door broke within two years of use. The inside of the door may be heavy duty plastic, but the edges of the door and the front bottom edge of the mailbox are a type of composite porous metal that broke easily from being open and shut daily by the mailman. Giving 5 stars because as soon as I contacted the company, they immediately put an order in to replace the mailbox. That is good old fashioned service!

Beautiful, big, cracked on install
Beautiful mailbox, huge size, but I cracked the side pieces on install. I followed the instructions to knock out the holes for side install. When I knocked out one of the wholes it cracked the side feature. I ended up just gluing back together, but was surprised at the type of material it was made out of. It could have been made out of something more durable.

Poorly constructed - what a shame
Size and design was great. Build quality left a lot to be desired. Disappointed in the quality of construction. Minimal weld tacks/rivots used. If I was in the USA I would return. Glad I have a husband who can upgrade the construction to make this last.
