Can you use your own resistance bands with the tower?

I suspect not - but if you can engineer something that has the same characteristics - maybe.

Can you mount this to a wall rather than using it on a door?

The tower is made to mount to a door only.

where do i purchase the resistance cables for the tower 200; ours need replacement soon. thank you

I contacted the manufacture and they sent me an entire replacement cables for free. Some papers came with my product and the phone number is located on it but I do not have those papers anymore. I was having trouble finding a phone number for them in Google but BBB has this one listed (800) 525-3932. Just make sure you're not dealing with scammers and never give out your credit card to them as you do not need to and that company should have your info already on file when you first purchased the Tower 200. Also, contact Amazon support as they may have a phone number on them.

Can you do leg exercises with this?

Yes, it come with 2 Ankle straps that can be used for leg resistance exercise.
