i used these to remove a scratch from a marble hearth after moving my log burner , they work a treat, i did have to use more water than i wanted but the end result was worth it

I bought this diamond polishing pad kit for occasional DIY stone work rather than professional use, so I can’t compare them directly to high-end, trade-grade sets. That said, they did exactly what I needed them to do. I used the pads to smooth and tidy up cut edges on sandstone flags that I’d repurposed into coping stones and pier caps. They also worked well on the cut edge of a quartz worktop offcut that I used as a bathroom window sill, taking the sharpness off and leaving a much cleaner finish. Pros: Good range of grits included. Easy to use on stone edges. Made a noticeable improvement to cut finishes. Suitable for different materials (sandstone and quartz in my case) Cons: Durability is unknown compared to professional kits. Likely best suited to light or occasional use rather than daily trade work For DIY projects and one-off jobs, these pads represent good value and save a lot of time compared to hand finishing. If you’re a professional stone fabricator you may want something heavier-duty, but for home projects they’ve been more than adequate.

Been testing out some concrete mixes to make a kitchen countertop and decided to give these a go. Very impressed so far. Polished up three bits of concrete and they worked well. Leaves a nice shiny finish.

Used these to finish off a granite work top edge, was blown away with the quality of these for the price. Great that all the parts were there to attach to an angle grinder and lots of options to grade a good quality finish.

I have gave a 3 star. I thought from the pics in listing you got 2 pad holders one for a drill and one for a grinder. You only get one. The part that screws in for the drill attachment doesn’t fit the disk holder. I was planning on using it on a grinder so I was ok. But if your planning on using it on a drill. It won’t happen. Does a good job tho disks are good. They get the 3 stars not the disk holder.

Amazing, cut a piece of granite as a heatproof pan rest next to hob and needed to polish edges so they could be cleaned. Only went up to 200 grit and finish was utterly brilliant, god knows what 6000 grit is like must be mirror finish. Highly recommend

Utilisé pour redonner vie au marbre d'une table à bistrot du siècle dernier. Le marbre était tout dépoli avec des creux importants. J'ai utilisé une petite perceuse (2500tr/mn) pour une vitesse préconisée de 2800 à 4500 tr/mn bien mettre de l'eau lors de l'utilisation pour éviter que ça chauffe résultat impeccable, plus d'aspérités, sauf pour le brillant qui n'est pas celui d'un marbre neuf, mais pour une table de 100 ans, ce n'est pas très important
