Good value for money
Dell is always a good company and I got the exact specs that I had wanted. Does not give me any trouble and with this price range good value for money. No lagging, although it is a bit small but good product. The usb ports are a bit tight. I mean it is a bit too much fitting the usbs :) It does make sound sometime when I open too many apps like it is breathing but it is normal I think. Good value for money and durable although does not have the backlight. It would have been good on the keyboards. No fancy no frills just plain Dell.

Damaged item
The device is damaged!! There is a serious issue with the hardware, more specifically the RAMs. The laptop starts to crash in just 2 weeks usage time. Not a software issue, rather it is hardware’s. Now I have to repair it and replace the damaged hardware.
