Kindly replace the item model 16 Amp because this 10A model not work for motor on -off so please replace model sp 116 means q6 Amp.

Works as described excellent product

Product worked okay for about 4 months but has given way suddenly probably due to fluctuating voltage. It heats up at a specific point but doesn’t work. I have been trying to get in touch with customer support but to no avail. The app also shows no means to connect to customer care or share grievance.
