I picked up this SanDisk 256 GB Extreme PRO microSD card to expand storage and it has been very reliable so far. Transfers are noticeably quick when moving files, and large videos and photos load without stuttering. The read and write speeds are more than enough for 4K recording on compatible devices and for running apps or games off the card without everything feeling slow. The included adapter is handy for plugging it into a laptop or card reader when I need to move a lot of data at once. So far I have not run into corrupt files or random disconnects, which I have had with cheaper cards in the past. It formatted easily and the full capacity showed up as expected. The price is higher than basic microSD cards, but for the performance and peace of mind, it feels worth it if you are using it for important photos, video, or a handheld gaming device.

Ich nutze schon seit vielen Jahren SanDisk-Speichermedien für meine Hauptkamera, die Canon EOS R6 Mark II, und habe bisher noch nie Probleme mit Geschwindigkeit oder Zuverlässigkeit gehabt. Genau deshalb greife ich auch bei neuen Geräten wieder gezielt zu SanDisk. Für meine Gimbal-Kamera, den DJI Osmo Pocket 4, habe ich mir diese 256 GB Extreme PRO microSD-Karte gekauft – und sie passt perfekt zu meinem Workflow. Die Schreib- und Lesegeschwindigkeit ist sehr hoch, sodass auch hochauflösende Videoaufnahmen flüssig und ohne Ruckler gespeichert werden. Besonders bei 4K-Aufnahmen zeigt sich, dass die Karte stabil arbeitet und auch längere Takes problemlos durchhält. Was ich an der Extreme PRO Serie besonders schätze, ist die konstante Zuverlässigkeit. Keine Aussetzer, keine Datenprobleme – genau das, was man bei Foto- und Videoarbeit braucht. Gerade unterwegs möchte man sich einfach darauf verlassen können, dass jede Aufnahme sicher gespeichert wird.
