"The best gift I've ever had in the whole world!" We bought this for our 4 year old granddaughter for Christmas. Although we gave her as a main gift a pair of multicolored light up roller skates and other more expensive gifts, this was by far her favorite. When she opened it, her eyes twinkled with awe and wonder! I'm not exaggerating. Well, not much! She is the youngest of 4 grandchildren and all of our family were opening presents. Everyone stopped to watch Evie as she carefully extended the tray to each person in the room. "I've wanted these my whole life." She measured each word. (Actually, she had never seen them before.) She had a different phrase for all of us. The adults were belly laughing and doubled over as we had not seen this in her before. These rings made our Christmas Eve. The next time she came to visit she had one on each finger. I don't know how long they lasted or how often she wore them. But, it really doesn't matter. That one night, they were worth 10 times their price!

These are exactly as described including the glue stick that comes in the box. My 5 year old granddaughter got a ring from her Dentist's office after a visit and it was very similar to one of these. Well she lost her sparkly ring on the playground and was devastated. I then ordered these to try to make up for the missing ring. They came in and are better quality that the usual "gumball machine" type toy rings. The missing ring was found and returned to her so she gifted the little girl who found it with one of these. They are not high grade costume jewelry but they are better than the gumball rings. But these are the crown jewels for our 5 and 6 year old crowd. The bands are metal not plastic and the settings are not foam they are some sort of magical plastic. If only we could all go back in time to a point in our lives where a collection of toy rings are the main concern in our entire day; I think the world would be a better place. So buy these and help make the world a better place (at least for the little ones while they are little). Doing the math for the rest of us who have lost the magic along the way it is like this: Bubble gum rings @ .50 each equals $18.00 for 36 of them. These are $9.00 for 36 so that's what 1/2 price of gumball rings and probably double the quality. Can't go wrong here and if you don't believe me just buy a box as a surprise for a little one in your life, the smile is worth it.
