The Company is Great, the Aspargus....
It's white and it's asparagus. The taste is mediocre and the number of spears per bottle almost adequately serves four. What is unfortunate about this is that I was charged-by the vendor-the exact price of the product, $6.95. Far too much. This is a convenience not worth the price. If you can, buy Fauchon or Reese's both of which are far superior and offer far more for the price asked. If, however, you have no other access then this is, as I said, adequate. What I can say is that the product was perfectly packed. The asparagus is in a glass jar that is so cleverly contrived that I really believe it could be dropped from a plane and survive. Would I buy from MexGrocer again? Yes. Would I buy their asparagus, no.

This is white Asparagus..
It comes up when you type in to search all departments for white asparagus.Typing in only grocery for this doesn't yield as many results.WHite Asparagus is a German staple.Every July they go down to the market to pick it up.DOminick's and Jewel will stop carrying this I think.Sunset has it all year round.Garden Fresh? It's a German thing.Reese is my favorite and my mother's.Today is a good day..

Came all destroyed
Package arrived all leaking. What I got was more aspargos soup. Don’t know why it was allbroken in pieces. Horrible

Dont waste your money.
I tossed both glasses of white asparagus that I received. The product was so cloudy that I could not even see the asparagus spears. Whatever made it cloudy never settled so I was not about to use it. It came from Jamaica of all places and then I discovered that it was a product of China. I am less than impressed with China's product safety as we, here in the US, have seen time and time again. First and only time I will use this vendor.
