how long does the battery last?

Used mine for an entire week on spring break. Running roughly 8pm to 7am for 7 nights. Only charged it once the entire time

Is a converter needed to use this in Europe? I have an adapter but not a converter.

what sound types doesn't this cancel? I'm in a very jarring, loud, high traffic, drag racing spot where everyone around me is angry, yells and rages.

We use the machine for soothing sounds not to mask other sounds. Our volume is set on low but can be turned quite loud.
