Laptop arrived like new! Very clean, as if it had never been used. I love how compact it is and how fast it runs. This is a great laptop with a touchscreen, that folds all the way back so that it's like a tablet. It's super light, so I can fit into my purse and travel with it very easily. Overall, very satisfied with this laptop. I use it mostly for online work, but it came with MS office installed which I absolutely love.

My computer would not connect to my Wi-Fi, so I went on Amazon app to see what I could find for very little money. They had this refurbished Gateway for $125 and it had guarantee. I got it the next day and it is fabulous!! Looks new! Works great! I’m very pleased!!

This junk doesn't connect to the internet. it connected one time, now it wont connect, it wont even search for a connection. It is a piece of trash and i do not recomen if you plan on or need to connect to the internet for any reason. When i set it up, it asked for my google sign in for rmail, it automatically sucked all the junk on my last computer and applied it ALL to this computer essentially over loading the junk so that it is no different than the computer i wanted to replace. The government has created cloud so they have access to all of our computers and it is an invasion of privacy and a disgrace. those who think cloud is a great thing are al clueless to the criminal activity of our government spyying on us, and giving itself access to all of our information. They say we won't let the terrorists change our way of life, then they go and use the terroists as reason to criminally invade our privacy with the cloud.

I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT WHEN FULLY CHARGED, WHEN I UNPLUGGED, THE PC SHUTS DOWN! I CAN ONLY USE IT WHEN IT'S PLUGGED IN TO AC! I WANTED BOTH OPTIONS!! HOW DO I FIX??

The computer was dutifull to a certain extent, I find that it’s not to responsive, the volume is very low VERY LOW! The flip around feature is not to helpful because it still allows you to be able to press buttons. Not good! I just use it for my 3D printer!

I love this Gateway laptop,but either I'm not doing something right or the touchscreen dosent work,thats the reason for the 4 stars

Perfect size, can be use as a regular laptop or turn into a tablet, the touch screen makes it even more convenient. Highly recommend

I was kinda worried by it being refurbished, but my son loves it.I bought it for his birthday and when he realized it flips open and he can use it as a tablet I got 3 hugs and he's 26🤣
