Yes, I bought these for sim racing/driving. I didn't like driving with my socks as my feet would slip some times and I didn't want to put grip tape on the pedal faces for fear it might ruin my socks. I did use house shoes for a bit and it had it's own issues, like getting caught under a neighboring pedal face or my foot slipping out of them. I looked at actual racing shoes / boots and the cost was just too much for my wallet. I tried a few other aqua shoes/socks (whichever you want to call them) but the rubber didn't come up around heel or the fit was a bit off. I saw these and just added them to my wish list to give them thought for later. I then happened upon a website selling sim racing shoes and the look of them caught my eye. They look 90% like these. Even the thread pattern and color design was the same or similar. I bought a size 10 men and I'm a 10.5. They were very snug at first, but then most shoes can be like that.. But over time they loosened up fair bit and feel a lot better now. I don't have to worry about them slipping off my feet or getting caught under a pedal face. They grip the pedal faces well enough and if I do feel the need to add grip tape to the faces I'll that much more grip. I'm tempted to buy a second pair for the far off "just in case" worry of something happening to these. I don't wear these outside and just barely around the house when I take a break from driving, so hopefully they should last longer than what they were designed for. If I had to complain about anything, and this is a minor thing to me, is the strap on the back of the heel that you're suppose to put your finger in to help put them on. It's good bit small and hard to use because of it's size. I just stick my thumb in the back and pull them on with no issue. So to me it's not worth taking a star off for that, it would only be about a quarter of the star off.

I used these as water shoes and I’m so thankful that I did.. they were absolutely perfect! Lightweight, comfortable, and quick-drying. I originally bought them because they were on sale, but now I’d happily pay full price. Great fit, great quality, and great deal.. definitely a smart purchase!

These are very good ester shoes. I like them enough that this is my second pair. They are true to size and very stretchy. They look good on my feet and are very comfortable to wear. Overall much better shoe than I can get at my local big box store.

Used for beach day! We went on a cruise and I didn't want to have to take shoes with when going to beach. This made it easy and worry free about sand and water. They have good breathe ability. Fit fine, little on the small size for sizing guide. For the cheap price these are decent. Not the best but do get the job done. I wouldn't wear for long walks though, but for shorter distance and at the beach/in the water is good.
