Is this really the latest BR30? The specs don't match Phillips Hue.

BR30 is just shy of 4 inches and BR40 is 5 inches across. So yea these are BR30.

This is not a spotlight- more of a spread beam. Of course, with this shape it is more directional than a standard lightbulb (A-19)
