Couple of the wheels broke within months, however, customer service was quick to send a new set to replace them. they must have received a bad bunch. Otherwise comfortable and good value for money.

Get what you pay for. Rubbish Chinese design which doesn’t comply with UK codes. The instructions for construction were telling me right was left and left was right. The dye used on the fabric of the chair seat is highly toxic. It smells overpowering and unpleasant. This left me with a serious rash on my thighs after sitting on it. I covered the seat with a towel to make it usable but now one of the wheels has snapped off today. I only work 2 days per week from home and only had bought this 2 month ago so the usage has been minimal. No seller Options to replace the item and Amazon make it increasingly difficult to get a refund.

They say you get what you pay for. I was surprised when the chair arrived - how small the box was. The second surprise was how light the box was. It's easy enough to put together but the bolts are very flimsy and my attempt to use an electric screwdriver to apply them started turning them to shiny mush. Once assembled I was shocked at how small its footprint was and how much wobble it had. The base and castors are plastic (the actual chair riser mechanism is the only substantial metal component) and it felt (to me) quite unsafe. Luckily as most office chairs are uniform in many ways I still had the dismantled parts of my old, broken chair purchased maybe 14 years ago from a certain Scandawegian store. Its base was in fine order and robustly metal and a good 3 or 4 inches wider in its footprint. I simply swapped the two. There is still more wobble than I would like but I don't feel like it is going to flip out from under me. I needed a chair and had limited funds. I got a limited chair. I would only recommend this as a first chair for a bedroom/student digs etc. Nothing more than that. That said, the cat finds it very comfortable so it's grand in that regard.

Why did you choose this product over others?: as i work from home , i needed a office chair . ordered this from amazon. it is comfortable, was very easy to assemble and is of good quality in good price.

It good and comfortable

Wheels broke within a few weeks of use. Metal base collapsed on day and now chair is unusable. Would not recommend for anything other than a quick fix while you wait for a better chair.

For the price you can't really fault it. Not the best on the market obviously but it does the job just fine, and with prime one day delivery it's a steal. Assembly isn't the easiest (as should be expected with flat pack furniture) but I didn't find it as difficult as others had made it out to be. Attaching the backrest to the arm rests before the seat was a good tip I saw from someone else's review. Took me about 15-20 minutes to put together.

Don't use this chair that often as its in a back bedroom for a computer. Sat on it this morning and lent back slightly and it broke toward the bottom of the back upright which is a stress place by the looks of it and not strong enough! Very disappointed in this product and would avoid buying again!!
