I see in the product description is states the device is compatible with a Mac but in the reviews a user commented they were not able get it to work?

For some mac, need extra support from seller. No need for WIN, which is no problem at all.

Worked easily with PC

Neat little plotter. Had some issues with settings, and seller aggressively worked to resolve them. Some things unclear with instructions for assembly (there's a little bit left, but it's almost all assembled). Worked easily with PC, still not able to get it running with Mac, but that's an Inkscape/OS X issue, rather than trouble with the product.
