On my vehicle a 2012 Mercedes SLK250 this ECV520I tester could not show a reading of the voltage and duty signal going to the compressor control valve from the vehicle. The issue was that the vehicle detects that the compressor control valve is not connected and will not try and power the valve. Support was of no help with this issue. I was able to get the ECV520I to show the values from the vehicle, by making a "Tee" harness which allowed the compressor control valve to be connected along with the ECV520I. The included manual with the tester is out of date, the manual details connectors not found in the kit. Test of the compressor control valve worked as expected.

El equipo funciona muy bien la verdad que si, pero esta incompleto y no hay manera de hacer contacto para que se envie el conector faltante, solo la devolucion total de producto. Realmente frustrante la cuadratura de la pagina pero el equipo realmente funciona muy bien.

You could spend more time looking up the connectors in the manual . Just locating your vehicle in the manual is a mission. Then finding the connectors in the pile of connectors. Takes more time than the whole test. Spend more money and hopefully purchase a USA product.
