I purchased it after a doctor's recommendation. Since then I am regulary taking it since last 3 months, but yet not discovered any significant changes in hair growth, strengthening or hair density. It tastes just like a normal jelly toffy, on the basis of my personal experience, i didn't find it worth buying. Edit: I am updating my review after noticing that my hairfall has stopped, besides hair also looks voluminous now. I believe that this product has been beneficial, so ordering it once again.
