We purchased four of these counters, as they were similar to others that finally wore out. However, one arrived unusable (the tens key would stick, and then jump 10-30 counts). A second one has started behaving the same way after less than 6 months of use. The remaining two are functional. Also, just for reference, we only use these two days a week in our lab, so they are not abused or used excessively.
