Worth every dollar for two rider or one rider one pillion!
Just want to talk to your pillion while riding? This is it, folks. Pairing to smartphone? just like any other Bluetooth device you may own, 0 problem. Bluetooth Reconnection: immediate, no action required. Pairing between intercom? automatic, just follow the user manual procedure. Distance? I bought it to talk to my pillion not for group riding, but, while fueling gas, pillion went to the store for water... probably 100 to 150 ft away, direct line of sight, 0 problem. Audio quality, call/intercom? Clear. Audio quality, music? I'm not an audiophile, but tried Trash, Heavy Metal, Rock and pop. No distortion at full volume and in my opinion well balance low, medium and high tones (Didn't buy it for music pleasure and immersion). Loudness? Pretty sure we all have different hearing sensitivity, to me is too loud at full volume. Installation? Standard! you figure it out cable management. Cables are maleable, insulator is good, not too soft or stiff. Cable Length? is adequate for any helmet size and you are not left with inches of cable to hide. Overall quality? is plastic! doesn't feel cheap plastic; actually unit has a nice texture!, but sorry I'm not going to test drop resistance. Music Sharing? Yes, you can share music but intercom mode is off. You have to switch manually between operation modes. Not a problem is your music taste differ from your pillion!!! FM Radio!!! extra bonus, FM audio quality, nothing to add here Group Riding? two riders: Yes. three or more riders??: Nope. Each unit comes with two "channels". One channel is use for your smartphone connection, second channel is for unit to unit connection. If your aim is one to one communication and aceptable sound quality. this is a very good choice!

Performs as Expected - Surprisingly Good Warranty Support
The headset was easy to intsall and use. It functions as expected. The battery life and sound quility are in keeping with the price you pay for it. The directions were easy to understand and installation was sinple. The sound is a bit tiny and lacks base which is expected with such thin speakers. The speakers are sufficantly loud, the noise cancelation works, battery last long enough for my uses, the intercom is easy and functional. The voice used for the voice prompts is heavly accented and can be a bit anoyning, Howeve all-in-all I feel like this product was well worth the money. I would recomend this product. What really impressed me was the warranty support. I regestered the warranty when I recieved the item. After several uses I had a problem with one of the mounting clips. I exchanged emails with support and provided them the sales information and photos of the issue I was having. They were courtious and responsive. They rush-shipped me a replacment bracket which arrived quickly and resolved the problem. For a lesser known brand bought off Amazon this was far beyond what I was expecting. I would buy from this company again any time.

Really cost effective option
Bought the 2 pack for my girlfriend and I and really enjoyed them. They were easy to install and set up. Very modular for the types of helmets. You could hear the wind sometimes depending on the location of someone’s head while riding. Battery lasts a while and never had a problem. Audio quality is good but not top tier.

Halfway great!
Arrived nicely packaged. Removed and charged both units with provided charger. Turned both units on and synced. Installed one set in helmet and decided to see what they sounded like. Worked great and sounded amazing at first. I wanted to familiarize my self with the controls and operations with out my helmet on. So while they were connected I used the uninstalled unit to play. Everything worked great and all functions worked easily and intuitively until I turned on the fm radio. all of a sudden the uninstalled unit quit responding to anything. Not a single function worked and all I got was a blue light. Tried powering off and hard reset per instructions to no avail. Only blue light. The batteries in these must be amazing because the blue light has been on for two days (almost three) straight and still not dead. Waiting on response as what to do. It was a pain in the rear putting them in my helmet. Hopefully seller will replace only one bad module so I dont have to uninstall. I will update rating and review once replaced and I get a few miles on them. UPDATE: customer service was great. They replaced with new and all is good. They work amazingly now. Would definitely recommend. Only time will tell their longevity.

Sound not that great
Had a chance to try it out today. Took about an hour to figure out how to install in my helmet and to make sure the ear speakers were in correct area. The speakers sounded great if you put them to your ear before install. Once installed, there was no base and sounded hollow. At this point the speakers are further from your ear once in the helmet, so the sound is not great. Pairing of the items is fast and great. This comes with 2 mics. The small one looks like a small ear bud, it cuts out and does not work that great. The bigger mic works great and does not cut out, but finding a place in the helmet was difficult and it did not stick well. Great concept but just not the sound what I was looking for. Even turned up all the way, you could barely hear it even when I was sitting in the house. The product seems to be well made and good, just not for me. Will be returning it.

Disappointing Only decent as an intercom. Not worth your money if you like to listen to music.
The Bad: Audio is very shallow, with absolutely zero bass at all, only high tones and midtones; it is very cheap, feels too lightweight, and the buttons have a lot of play and are not direct; the intercom sometimes disconnects and requires rebooting off/on. The Good: For use as an intercom with a rider 2-up, decent audio is as clear as a phone call but definitely not lifelike. Bluetooth connection never fails, although the speakers are pretty terrible for music.

Good quality for the money
Connectivity is stable, but not quite for the distance advertised. Add more than about 500 feet you get a lot of static and anything more than that. It drops connection. If you ride in a close group, they work great. Sound quality and volume isn’t bad at all.

I love how seamlessly it pairs. I love the clarity on both ends of phone calls. It's actually easier for me to hop on my extremely loud ZX10R and have conversations, than any other way. Even with my loud exhaust, people say at worst it sounds like I'm in a car with the windows up and a bike next to me. Rarely does anyone believe I'm on my bike. The noise reduction is that good on the mic. And the speakers are great. I wasn't expecting this... really I wasn't. They are lacking a bit in the low end, but they are the size of a Snapple lid, maybe a bit thinner. I mounted mine in a 509 helmet with pre-cut spaces for the speakers, so installing them was a breeze. Maybe 5 mins to do it all. But volume is enough for me to hear the music even on my WOT runs with a catless M4 exhaust. During normal riding conditions max volume might be a bit loud for some. It isn't Bose but think, decent factory car speakers in terms of sound quality. Only possible improvement would be instructions, which would be easy to improve on. Google has English mode instructions if yours isn't already in English. That being said instructions were still manageable. I've been using for a while now. Many hours on them and can't believe the battery life. I still haven't charged them. Maybe 10 to 12 hours and still 70% life left. Unreal. Now most of that is music not talking. And while I've tried the FM tuner enough to say it works, I just don't listen to radio. Intercom mode is phenomenal and I felt range was more than adequate for group riding. Not sure how many it can manage at a time. Bit confused on that. But for rider to rider, or bike to bike, it works fabulous. It deserves 5 stars for bringing a product to market that works the way its supposed to and delivers above the bar on each note.

Works well. Decent sound quality. Easy to connect to Bluetooth. Awesome to talk with your partner on rides.

We bought these so my wife could tell me about every bump in the road and every time she's about to crash or fall down. The reception is so good I can hear her over long distances tell me about how worried she is about the upcoming turns and assist me to emotionally and theatrically experience every challenge she faces while we ride our motorcycles together. If it were not for these wonderfully easy to install and shockingly clear and perfectly loud ear pieces, I would never know how much she communicates while riding her Ninja. For this I am grateful. Thank you for helping to close the gap between my wife and me while we go for rides during the calm, peaceful summer months.

Everything works very well, setup was very easy and quick. Intercom is great maybe not 1000m range but still around 800m in heavy traffic. We used intercom for about 2 hours and about 1.5 of music and the battery still says 75%. BIGGEST PROBLEM tho is the speakers don't do well at highway speeds (90kmh) under that they rock around town. Haven't gone through rain yet. Great deal for the price I'd buy another set.
