Taste is better than other protein shakes I have tried. I am on Ozempic and these help me keep my protein intake up and stay on low carb diet. I have been using them for years to help control weight with good results.

I've tried a whole bunch of these shakes and this one is my favorite. It's a great snack food and great supplement to meals. It's hard to get enough protein in and these have 30 grams. The older you get the more this counts. I personally flavor the chocolate taste. It's like real chocolate milk but with a little more substance to it. And the calories are minimal for that quantity of protein. I buy a couple of cases at a time because I use them often. Warning however, unless you like weight lifting, don't order more than two cases in one order. Two cases are quite heavy. Three are too much.
