Well worth the purchase
I'm glad I purchased these and wish I would have thought of getting them sooner. After 37 years, two of my headlight adjusters failed within the past month on my 1983 C10 pickup. I bought a pair of replacement adjusters from the auto parts store for almost 6 bucks. Expensive parts but cheap products and in less than a month they were both stripped out and headlights pointed towards the ground. I purchased these adjusters from Amazon and they did not disappoint me. They fit very well and the run-on torque is strong, almost too strong, so these will definitely hold for a long time. You may want to pre-thread these before installation. For less than double the price of a pair, I received 10 quality adjusters, so I will have spares a long ways into the future. These ARE the ones you need and want if you have an 70-80's model C10. I am very happy with this purchase. If you think these are the ones for your vehicle, have no fear, they will work.

Really great price and product. Other reviews state the help isle part brakes instantly and only comes in a 2 pack. This was more than I need, I expected to break at least one of them, nope. Perfect fit for my 96 suburban.

Check the size before ordering
I was able to get these to work after opening the hole (off - road truck) and going through some quick metal work. I missed the exact size of these when I ordered so it’s a user error. These seemed a little brittle, but I was creating proper sized hole and it may have been the amount of pressure I was exerting on them during the fitmet tests. Five or six broke which seemed excessive considering I quickly found out they were a little on the brittle side. Once in and fitted, they are holding the adjustment as I would expect. No more issues.
