Pretty straight-forward.

Works great for quick changes of glasses when doing multiple.

This Y-axis rotary assembly works great. Easy for me to assemble and connect to my MECPOW 10watt laser engraver. You will have to increase the height of your laser or even the entire frame of the engraver to get this unit under your laser. The stands I use, I cut with my engraver from scraps. One thing to know is that the sides (blue acrylic) of this rotary roller do crack. Seems to be the nature of the plastic. I ended up making new sides out of 5mm aluminum plate to replace plastic.Depending on what you are engraving or cutting... make sure that you test what you are doing with the laser off. I did find that if I didn't align the rollers just perfect for the item I was engraving... it rollers would not track correctly and the pattern I was engraving would be misaligned. Images to follow.

I purchased this rotary because I alread have a TwoTrees laser and wanted to make sure I got a device that would be 100% compatible with my machine.Like the laser engraver, this came packaged neatly in pieces. It was very simple to put together following the (mostly visual) instructions. The quality of the stepper motor seems pretty decent. The rest of the parts are machined aluminum and thick acrylic.Pros: It works! It does what it says and replaces the Y-axis with rotary movement. The quality of the materials seem like it will last. The rollers can be moved to accommodate smaller or larger stock (see cons).Cons: You have to unplug the Y-axis connector from the motherboard, and plug this one in every time you want to use the rotary. The connector on my motherboard isn't in the most convenient location, and I'm afraid with frequent plugging in and unplugging will result in loose connectors or possibly bent pins.The rollers can be moved, but you need to remove and replace four bolts and nuts to move it each time.There also isn't any way to level this rotary device. I've found that inserting wooden shims on one side or the other will help level it out (if engraving items that are conical in shape).Overall I'm happy it does what it is supposed to do. I was able to set it up in Lightburn using a few calculations and the rotary set up tool. It really is no frills, lacking features of higher end models, but if you are new to rotary axis machines for laser engravers, this is an economical start.

I purchased this item and returned it because it was not compatible with my engraver. I have not received my refund for this item. I called my bank, and they also confirmed that the credit has not been deposited back into my account.

After looking how to use it on the internet, I can now engrave like I wanted to. It works as described and is a very useful attachment for my laser engraver.

If you have Lazer engraver it's a must have

Tarde en instalarlo por problemas con la maquina de grabado, no con este equipo. Las instrucciones pudieran ser mejores pero con un poco de atencion se puede realizar el ensamble bien. Se adapto muy bien a mi equipo y esta trabajando bien de momento.
