Right off the bat, I don't notice paraben in a lot of the products I use, and this has it as the last ingredient. Yes, I would prefer if that ingredient weren't there, but aside from that, this is an amazing product. My hope is that perhaps the company will find a way to preserve the product without using this potentially toxic chemical. That said, here are the things I do like about this product: 1. It actually *works*. I am 36, and though I feel I still look young for my age, I know I have wrinkles. I laugh a LOT so I have serious crinklies forming around my eyes and I am mostly okay with that. That said, along with the crinkles comes dryness, sensitivity and lately - because I now work a graveyard shift and have terrible allergies this time of year - puffies and dark circles. When I take 10+ minutes out of my day to let these sit on my eyes they really do erase a lot of wear and tear from my under eyes. The product clings to the skin, fills the surface layers with the product, holds it there and leaves the under eye plump with moisture. If you leave it on 20-30 minutes the effects are greater, but I don't always have the time to lay back and let it sit there that long, and if I am sitting up it typically dries out and falls off in say ~10 minutes or so. Maybe less on a dry day in the southwest. 2. They are so affordable. You probably really could use these little guys every day if you wanted to. A month's supply is $3.99, give or take an Amazon price flux. I don't use them daily, but just when I am feeling particularly crusty and want to relax. 3. Using these patches is a nice way to unwind with me time. I may use them while taking a bath, reading a book, surfing the web or laying down with my eyes closed. It's just another little way to relax, feel better and enjoy myself. So, I recommend, if you are okay with a little parabens - these things work great - and perhaps it's okay as long as we aren't using them everyday. However, I am deducting a star in hopes they consider removing the ingredient, and I will be shopping other products to see if I can find a product that works as well without having this chemical in the ingredient list. If I find something that works as well, I will reply back here in an update, and I am pretty good about trying new products and updating my reviews! :-) Also, gonna try to add a few photos. It's been very hit/miss for them posting on the first try, so my apologies if you read this and there are no photos yet! That said, I took a before photo - sorry it's a bit blurry I noticed afterwards but that just means there are MORE wrinkles than you can see - then there is a "with the patch on" photo and finally an after photo. The after, just like the before, is without make up or any product on my skin. I took these in the morning after my graveyard shift of staring at a computer, reading logs, etc. followed by doing some chores outside with lots of dust and pollen jacking up my allergies big time. Yuck! This is about as bad as my eyeballs get with some awesome puffies, darkness and wrinkles. I know it's not a miracle product but it seems to really help - and after I apply all my other moisturizing products directly after use, this is an effect aid for soothing my dry puffy undereyes. I am really pleased with these over the years as they take all the wear and tear from under your eyes and leave you looking like your best self. Plop these on until they dry then pat on your favorite eye cream and all the wrinkles just melt away. Now that I am not working graveyard with my system so messed up from that shenanigans I feel these make me look even better than before, and now I am pushing 40. Very pleased with this product, the effect and the great price. Highly recommended! UPDATE 02/18/2019: I still love these. They work to smooth wrinkles, texture and some puffs too. They don't have parabens now, which I love. They are really affordable. Side note: Amazon changed the order of my images somehow. Now it shows the after in front of the before. Sorry about that! I usually don’t buy from articles like this but the price was good and I have puffy bags under my eyes from time to time. The appearance of them I think is unattractive and I am not sure why they come and go. I have tried several things and the reviewer had some good points and photos. These did not work for me. I have tried them several times with little or no reduction or success. The directions are to use them for 15 minutes which to me when getting ready to go out, a long time. Most products I have tried over the years work within a 5 minute time period. So having a piece of fiber/cloth under your eye is at best a hit or miss proposition on it staying put. You get a lot of pieces in this order. Two enevelopes of 30 each so that is 15 uses per pouch which is a good amount. Plus 1 for the product. The 2 the price is excellent. However if they don’t work for you there are only cons. I didn’t see a lot of change in the photos of the reviewer but she was pleased and it appeared she used them daily and it was an accumulated situation. I only used them when the need arose. That may have been what caused my results. They did not appear to work on me at all. The quantity is excellent, the price is excellent and the packaging is excellent in that if closed as intended they do not dry out. This is important as the moisture is what keeps them not only in place, but what is I’m sure the solution that causes your puffiness to go away. That said, they may work for you, and the manufacturer hit a 100 on three of the things you want in success of the product. Everyone is different and your actual experience may be more like the original reviewer that caused me to order and try these to get a good result.

If you need more info, then keep reading :) B = Before 1st use 1 = immediately after first use - also heavy application of face oil 2 = a few hours after first use 3 = end of day before bed first day/use 4 = day 2 - several snaps because of different lighting. No before. Just afters. Possible cause of eye bags: I have severe allergies which are treated. I have lost 50% of my body weight so I have lost fat padding under my eyes which has worsened the dark circles and bags that have always been there to some degree. I get poor quality sleep. Oh - and I’m approaching 50 - I keep forgetting that part. I am clinically well hydrated and well nourished. I have tried hydration, allergy treatment, diet change and fillers. My body metabolizes (breaks down) the filler faster than I can afford to replace it. I’ve also tried various under eye treatments and creams etc… To the review: I was disappointed in the packaging and the under eye pads themselves. I don’t know that the zip lock they came in will actually be able to keep the product from drying out before I am able to use it all since it will be opened and (hopefully completely) closed everyday in the dry bitter environment I live in. The pads themselves dry out very quickly while on the undereyes. I learned that the second day. The first say I used a rubber mask meant to go over other masks and facial treatments. I will continue to use that to get better results. The under eye pads (product) are/is thin but tough. The treatment itself is also a very thin product. As you can see, the results (I think) are dramatic but they ARE temporary. Using the pads does take a lot more time out of my day than I’m usually willing to spend on myself. I plan to use them daily and hope that these are buildable results. My eye bags are incredibly stubborn. I’m confident that if this product can help improve (not fix, not cure) the look of my bags, then they can help improve anyone’s!

These were fairly cheap and didn’t have some of the ingredients that can sometimes mess with me so I figured I would give them a try. I read the reviews and only saw a few negative ones related to burning or tingling but thought “well, they’re probably just allergic to papaya and it’ll be fine.” It was not fine. I might be sensitive to papaya after all despite never having an issue with it before. Have some lotion and Benadryl on hand before trying, I guess. Otherwise it was a nice product. The sheet mask form doesn’t slide around like the gel types of similar products. They were coated well in the package and not dry so they were ready to go. They didn’t have any smell which is great if you’re sensitive to scents. There’s collagen in it which doesn’t actually do much for skin topically so that’s a kind of junk ingredient that could have been avoided for the sake of being kinder to animals. Great price point. I just had an allergy that caused the whole area the patch was in to become insanely red and irritated, hence the low rating. It also didn’t do anything noticeable for the under eye bag/tear trough area. The photos from other reviews were promising, but there was zero difference.

Just love this item. Everyone should have one or two of these in their home. I have used this brand on and off throughout the year. This is not just for women; it works on overly tired eyes. In the summer fun, I keep a pack in the cooler to help with afternoon puff from the sun. In the morning, when you have red allergy eyes and can't focus. Great in the winter too with all the hot dry air from the heat.

I was excited about the eye mask patches and directions for use stated “ensure good contact with skin” but unfortunately my skin and the patches do not want to have close contact and the patches keep their distance in form of immediately appearing air pockets and then fall off, no matter how often I smooth them back on.
