Arrived sharp and clean, and have both stayed quite sharp for probably about a years use now, for all sorts of kitchen tasks. One pair has cut through turkey bones to remove the spine on maybe a dozen turkeys, and has one very minor ding in one of the edges. All in all, reliable, comfortable grip, durable, and well worth the money.
