I was unsure about purchasing this item as it felt like an unnecessary addition to my cable attachments as I already own a rope. My lack of self control resulted in me ordering this anyway and I’m really pleased I did. The grip is far more comfortable than the rope attachment and allows you to focus solely on your muscle engagement. Would recommend.

Was a little weird to start with once I got used to it I found it really quite comfortable. Not sure if it’s the slight change in grip angle, found it really works the Triceps well

The rope is high quality and a good length, includes carabiner. I personally love this, it works so much better than traditional pull down ropes because the hand grip is ergonomic and designed for the job 5+ star

Item is described as having rubber handles, the product received has hard plastic handles.

These are very comfortable on the hand, but the issue it that you have to keep the handles slightly apart to avoid one’s knuckles/fingertips from painfully banging against the edge of the handles. It’s another thing to have to think about when one is working hard. The cheapo, £10.99 tricep ropes with a big plastic bobbles on the end of the rope prevent this from happening by design.

Ich war etwas skeptisch was die Form des Griffs angeht, aber meine Erwartung wurde übertroffen. Die Seil liegt super in der Hand und die Übungen lassen sich sehr kontrolliert durchführen. Das einzigste was mich ärgert ist, dass ich das Seil nicht schon früher angeschafft habe. Grüße Torsten T

El agarre se adapta perfectamente a mi mano (tengo manos grandes). No me duele ni al hacer cable crunches ni al hacer tríceps. Se ve de buena calidad
