So. Let me start by saying that I usually don't write reviews. But I am making an exception for this product. This is a very good product. It is one of those 'use it and forget it' product because: 1. It knows when to dispense the freshener (in automatic mode) 2. It doesn't consume much batter power 3. The fragrances are fantastic. In our case, we bought lavender and orange fragrances. Forget the big national products sold in your supermarket. This LooLoo touch free toilet dispenser with fragrance refill tops them all in longevity (1 to 2 months depending on use) and price. I highly recommend it!

Well worth the money!! The only thing is that the sensor could use better detection and not go off throughout the day and night. The scent is great and cuts throughout the bathroom and especially then guys decide to attempt at breaking the toilet along with my sinuses. Now have the gizmo set to not automatically go off but by pressing the button as needed.

This item was one of three, and it arrived first. It was strange that the item did not arrive in a box. I do not think the sprayer went off inside the envelope. Is the refill part of a new or returned system? The latter thought is gross. The second refill with a different scent arrived in its box. I am trying to figure out what happened with the first refill. The "Clean Cotton" refill looked clean upon close inspection and did not seem lighter than the second refill. I used gloves to put the "Clean Cotton" refill into the Looloo system. The scent is wonderful.

Works fine, smells Yummy and leaves the pooh smell where it belongs. But, I had to replace the cartage sooner than expected and the same with the batteries. Pretty pricey for pooh smell stuff. If improvements were made I would probably start to use this again.

I've used this for a couple weeks and have yet to smell anything. It sounds like it's spraying but doesn't smell like it is. If I pick up the unit and smell exactly where the mist is supposed to come out, there is a faint aroma. Nothing at all as expected. Feel like I wasted my money.
