Please wear ear protection!
These make a huge difference. I always wear them if I go over 40mph because the wind noise is just stupid and painful otherwise. You don't realize how bad it is until you try these. Don't worry, you can still hear your exhaust and music very well, but the wind noise is nonexistent. They fit well for me, very light and noninvasive. I keep them in their case in my tail bag.

Quality product for hill country riding
Took my first ride with these today after being skeptical of using ear plugs on the bike. A personal game changer for me as it cut down on excess ambient noise with the wind and bike. Could hear my music/intercom on cardo much clearer throughout my entire ride and they didn't slip out. Very good product for riding in the Twisties.

Great for riding with music
So far it's great! I have a Bluetooth helmet and an aftermarket exhaust, so music, wind and exhaust are always fighting. I also got tired of my ears ringing after long highway rides, so I invested in these. They work beautifully for reducing the noise level of everything, fit great under the helmet, and now I can actually hear the music I'm listening to on my rides not just at redlights. They dont interfere with being able to hear the engine so shifting is not a problem. Only downside is I do have to turn the volume up a couple more notches but I'm able to enjoy it. These are also fairly small, so if you use the larger adapters for earbuds I'd continue your search. Also not really sure why or how people are breaking the little antennae of these are people not understanding they are for pulling to remove them from your ear. That's what the whole red end is for. Oh and another thing, the little removal/installation tool is worthless, it's too big to fit on the end to grab anything to remove it which is why I gave it 4 stars. I'll update this if I need to in the future.

Super comfortable; takes a little practice to put them in
Good earplugs. Unlike some others which have a hard plastic sound baffle inside, these plugs are totally soft; even the little "mini-grip" handle on the end is soft and pliable. Because they're soft, a small hard plastic insertion tool (included) is needed to push them into your ear canal. Moistening the white shell makes insertion a little smoother. Putting them in takes a little practice; the first time, I pushed one in way too far and had a moment of panic compounded by my positioning the little mini-grip handle downward (it is offset from center) so it was flush against my ear canal and hard to grasp (or even find). A moment of digging with my pinkie got the plug out and I won't repeat the mistake. Positioning the "mini-grip" handle toward the upper side of your tool before insertion will help center it in your ear canal and make removal easy. Sound-wise, they provide good noise attenuation; not quite as quiet as my previous earplugs (Etymotic ER20) but good. The major thing going for these is softness which makes them super comfortable for long rides. I did need to reseat them occasionally during a ride: taking off my helmet and putting it back on sometimes slightly dislodged a plug, breaking the sound seal. Might be because I'm not inserting them deeply enough. But good plugs, they do the job, recommended.

Good… maybe too good. Can’t remove
Build is good, case is nice. But I wore them at the track, and after my first session they were lodged in my ears and wouldn’t come out do to how small the tag is to pull them out. Once sweaty they seem impossible to get a grip on to remove. I had to have someone get needle nose pliers to pull them out of my ears.

Incredible earplugs
Incredible earplugs. They fit my ears well and stay in without issue. Easily blocks all the high pitched noises at higher speeds caused by wind and loud deafening sounds in general while still being able to hear and tell what's going on around me and can still enjoy the sound of my motorcycle. Can tell what people are saying during phone calls in helmet as well. More than worth its price.

Don't make the mistake I did!
First of all, I should have watched the video. The plugs come with a tool used to insert the plugs into the ear. Not the most convenient thing to have to keep with you. I road just 80 miles testing these plugs in that time they were comfortable. As for blocking noise I would give these plugs a 10 out of 10. They do a great job at greatly reducing the wind noise. At 75 MPH the wind noise was like a slight breeze. The vehicles passing me sound like they were all electric vehicles. The electric cars well, they aren't heard at all! The horn on my NT1100 I can't hear at all, can't hear the engine of my bike either! These plugs are great for Listening to your music coming from your headset. I had to turn the volume half up to hear it at 75 MPH, however it was very clear. Now I ask how much do you rely on hearing your surroundings. If you want to hear your horn, your engine, vehicle and other sounds around you, then these plugs are not for you. If on the other hand you want almost silence and the ability to hear your music these are for you. I guess you can't have the best of both worlds. 2/23/2026 March 19, 2026 Update I stand by every thing I said earlier. After several more rides and a couple hundred miles I have this to add to my review. 1. I replaced my horn with one I had in the garage. I can hear my horn now. 2. I've made adjustments as to how I insert the plugs into my ear. 3. I've ordered the two pack, this will give me a total of 3 pair. 4. Don't make the same mistake as I did. Buy 2 pair for $29 the first time !,

doskonały komfort - idealnie wyciszają szum wiatru w kasku.
Raz na sezon trzeba kupić nowe (guma zużywa się). Są tego warte bez dwóch zdań!

These things actually work!
Plugs come with an insertion tool BUT no instructions for use. In fact the instructions made no mention of what the little piece of plastic was. ...not that YouTube couldn't help but weird. Did about 20km highway ride and so far very impressed. Music and comms (compliments of Cardo freecom 4x) very clear. Still hear the wind but no rumble whatsoever. ...of course a high cross or headwind will be the ultimate test but so far great. And very comfortable. ...not like the decibulls I tried last week. And now I've had issues removing them a couple times and have had to ask for help. Contacted Alpine but no solutions were offered. ...might have to return them

Does what it’s supposed to, doesn’t block out general noise so you can still hear your bike and your surroundings. Only comes in one size and it comes with a small pouch which you can attach to your key rings and store the earplugs safely. Very easy to clean as well and it’s not very noticeable because it sits snug in the ears.

Efficace

Excellent ear protection with great comfort and sound balance
I previously owned the Alpine MotoSafe Tour earplugs and really liked them, but unfortunately I lost them. This time, I stepped up to the MotoSafe Race version for a bit more protection and extra peace of mind on longer rides, even though I don’t do any track days. Just like the Tour plugs, these are very easy to put in and take out and remain comfortable even on longer journeys. Wind noise suppression is excellent, especially at motorway speeds. With the higher noise reduction you do need to turn your audio device up slightly, but this hasn’t been an issue for me. I’m using a Cardo Packtalk Edge, and there’s still plenty of volume while keeping the sound clear. They also come with a small zip pouch that’s compact, well made, and easy to attach to a keychain or jacket pocket. Overall, these earplugs offer great protection, comfort, and value for money. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn’t hesitate to buy them again.
