Does this have co op?

No. There's a raid mode that's multiplayer, but it's only online, and the campaign is single player.

There is a two player mode but it is done over Xbox live with someone else who has it. The mode is a raid battle game that gets harder as you go. The story mode is only single player.

Will this be another copy and paste resident evil game like the others?

It's a 3ds port, it's not a new re game, if that's what your getting at, it is a really good game, the gameplay and graphics were updated when the Ps3 and Xbox got the port I assume there will be some improvements there as well
