Great price! Does the job
I recently installed this RC 50T motor and it seems like it is a good motor for my scx24. No issues with the plate or the motor. Polarity on the plug is correct. Ran it around until the battery died and zero issues. Powers the truck well with added brass wheel and front diff weights. This one is quieter than my last motor too for what it's worth. Can't comment on durability just yet, we'll see how long it lasts. The motor shaft is a lot shorter than the first generation motor, it definitely does not touch the transmission cover. Good little motor. Metal motor gears are more durable, high torque magnet and the rotor provide better power. Much better than the stock my climber had on before.

Torque!!
Had to trim the battery tray a smidgen to fit, but very easy to install. Seems a little slower than the stock motor actually but there is a substantial increase in torque and low speed control. For the money, this is a great crawling upgrade!

Surprisingly strong for a brushed motor...
This was my first motor upgrade in an scx24 and it is pretty solid. For a brushed motor, it has pretty good low end control for crawling. It is easy to install and only requires a minor modification to the battery tray on a stock scx24. It is good value for money if you don't want to jump into the brushless arena yet.

Excellent fit for jlu v3, faster than stock
I ordered a cheap rcaz (?) one from AliExpress and it was junk, the way it mounted made it so you couldn’t adjust the mesh and it was too tight, so I had to dremel a slot in my case to adjust the mesh, and even then it was too tight causing binding and hurting slow crawl, and the top speed was about the same as stock. On top of that it was slightly too long, hitting the rail and tweaking the mounting of the transmission. This has none of those issues, the holes are drilled the same as stock so the screw doesn’t hit the case and you can fully adjust mesh. It’s the perfect length barely touching frame rail, and it’s much faster than stock while giving maybe slightly better slow crawl. The brass pinion is louder than the stock plastic though, giving it a slightly higher pitched sound which isn’t my favorite, but it should be stronger and isn’t a big deal. Overall very happy. Another couple notes is it actually comes with the little capacitor shown, the cheap one had a pic of the capacitor but didn’t actually come with one, and the mounting plate (although I don’t think it’s even needed as the holes match stock) is slightly thicker than the cheap one from AliExpress. To sum up, perfect fit, perfect speed, adequate slow crawl, I don’t think you can go wrong with this motor.

Got two batteries out of it before it burnt up
Was running fine on 2s and factory esc then got extremely hot and stopped working.

Great replacement motor!
Requires a minor trim of the rear battery/electronics tray if you're running stock chassis and whatnot. Bolts right up to the stock motor mount, the included one is not necessary to install. Same speed as stock as far as I can tell, but with a bit more torque. I don't know if it's the metal pinion gear or the motor itself, but it is a bit louder than stock, which is fine by me. I'd definitely get this motor again instead of a stock replacement.

Directly swaps to axial scx24
Built a whole truck around this motor.
