Fisetin normally comes from boxwood or sumac plants. You state yours comes from no plants but comes from fermentation ? Please explain !

While raw materials can be extracted from plants, in many cases it is much easier to get the same raw material through fermentation. Fisetin is just one of many. Vitamin C is another example of where it is available but is not always extracted from foods.
