I bought both sizes Adult and Junior. The Junior is snugg and shorter. I have a long neck, the Adult was more of my fit, when having it over my face. The Junior was snug, very form fitting and stayed up over my face easier when active. Sometimes I layer and wear both

Not itchy at all. True Morino wool will not be itchy. It is soft warm and durable. FYI...Alpaca wool is not durable. I was told this and tested it with socks. Now my Alpaca socks, are to keep my feet warm when I lounge on the couch studying or watching a movie. Hope this help, Life is Wonderful, Enjoy it daily

Has anyone tried this for running as a mouth and nose cover? Winter is upon us and I’m looking for something that let’s me breathe while running.

I’ve used it for walking - approx 3.5 mph. Yes you can breath. Buff gets a little moist. But no problem breathing. My daughter who runs recommended it. It is the best. I can’t remember if mine is light weight or medium weight.

Would this be good for temps in the 30s?

If you are wondering if this will keep you warm enough, it will. I wear it under Under Armour Storm tops w/o a drawstring. I originally thought I would buy something heavier - but this worked wonderfully. If it is really cold, I pull it up over my mouth and nose. At a higher temperature It will start to get too warm and then I switch to a non-wool Buff. Probably once the temps reach the high 40's. I've had no problems with it. Would highly recommend. I purchased this based on a recommendation from my daughter the runner.
