How many receivers can be pair up to one transmitter?

Multiple RXs can be paired with one TX at the same time, and there is no limits ! It is recommended that not using more than 6 sets at once to ensure signal stability and a good user experience

Does it transmit true stereo audio?

Yes, it can do that. Please make sure the audio source is stereo audio first, then use a stereo cable, and the stereo switches of the transmitter and receiver are already turned on. Then the 100% stereo audio will be transmitted.

What can I do if there is a problem with the product?

Does this still work when connected to USB for charging?
