Faulty Cables – Disappointed with Quality
Both included Type-C cables were not working right out of the box. Only the Micro USB cable was in new and unused condition. I had previously returned another unit, but this time I didn’t have the time or patience to go through the return process again—especially since the device didn’t even show a registered user. Very disappointed with the packaging quality and lack of usable accessories for the price.

Love this product. It was hard to set up, but once I did it was easy sailing. It was easy to connect to the XBox and customize to for my slow fingers to navigate. It functions as it should for someone my age. It is built very well and was definitely worth the money. Great Product!!!!

I used it for 10 days and A2 and A3 ports arr not even working fine. Seems like loose connection or the cable is corrupted…. Its so annoying to get disconnected while playing game

Em certos aspectos pode parecer difícil e complicado de usar o produto, parecer que precisa de conhecimento técnico, então não é o melhor tipo de produto para pessoas preguiçosas e que desistem fácil. Mas, se você for um pouco mais dedicado a ponto de ver e seguir os guias criados pelos criadores do produto, fazer ele funcionar, usar ele e resolver algum problema não será impossível. Se tiver o conhecimento técnico e falar inglês, ou estiver disposto a aprender, só vai facilitar mais. Recomendo o produto.
